Worklog Viewer
Documentation
A fast timesheet and calendar view for your Jira worklogs, running natively inside Jira. No browser extension, no API tokens, no separate login.
Where to find it
- Global page — open the Apps menu in Jira and select Worklog Viewer for the full timesheet/calendar view across all your issues.
- Issue panel — open any issue and look for the Worklog Viewer panel to log time against that specific issue without leaving the page.
No setup is required. The app authenticates automatically as the signed-in Jira user through Atlassian's Forge platform.
Table view
Worklogs are grouped by issue, with one column per day, week, or month depending on your grouping choice, and a running total per issue and per period. Click any cell to add a worklog for that issue and date.
Calendar view
See a full month at a glance. Click any day to add a worklog for that date, or click an existing entry to open it for editing.
Filters
- Quick date range
- Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a fully custom range.
- Projects
- Multi-select with search. Leaving the selection empty means "all projects."
- Grouping
- Day, Week, or Month columns.
- Time format
- Hours, or Days (1 day = 8 hours).
Your filter and view choices are remembered in your browser between visits, so you don't have to set them up again every time.
Adding, editing, and deleting worklogs
Click + Add or any empty cell to log new time. Click an existing worklog — in the table or calendar — to edit its date, time, or description, or to delete it.
Time can be entered in Jira's own shorthand: 2h, 1h 30m, 90m, 1d, and so on.
CSV export
Click CSV to export the currently filtered view — issues, totals, and per-period breakdown — as a CSV file, generated entirely in your browser.
Language
The app follows your browser/system language: Polish if it's set to Polish, English for everyone else. This applies to the entire interface, including date labels and the exported CSV headers.
The "KUP50" tag
If a worklog's description contains the text KUP50, the app automatically tags that entry — used for marking creative-work time under Poland's KUP50 tax scheme. This is a plain text match on the worklog description; nothing else about the entry changes.
Data and privacy
See the Privacy Policy for full details. In short: the app only talks to Jira through Atlassian's own Forge bridge, stores nothing outside Atlassian's infrastructure, and the only thing cached in your browser is your filter/view preferences — no worklog content, no credentials.
