What I do
Since 2017 I've been a Product Manager at GetResponse in Gdańsk, aligning Product Owners on business priorities, running Scrum events, tracking delivery in Jira, clearing blockers, and keeping stakeholders on metrics they can trust. I coach teams and POs to grow agile culture rather than just enforce a process.
I'm technical enough to read a pull request and argue about an API design, hands-on with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Git and REST APIs when it's faster to build something myself than to explain it to someone else.
