## 01 - Approach

Priorities that hold under pressure, metrics people actually trust, and teams that keep shipping after I leave the room.

My core is agile project management, network administration and end-to-end web development with JavaScript, CSS and HTML. I have worked on Evrdy with IT Business Expander and on substantial banking applications at APLITT S.A.

Off the clock: prog-rock and metal, motorcycles, and the occasional cake.

### GetResponse - Product Manager, Gdansk (2017-present)

Aligning Product Owners on business priorities, running all Scrum events, tracking sprint progress in Jira, clearing blockers, and keeping stakeholders on clear, accurate metrics. Coaching teams and POs to grow an agile culture across the organisation.

### Aplitt S.A. - Project Manager, Gdansk (2014-2017)

Credits area management and regulatory reporting for the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Over 20 projects delivered with large development teams, fostering self-organisation and mediating the standing tension between technical quality and feature pressure.

### IT Business Expander - PM / Developer, Sopot (2011-2014)

Delivery on Scrum, Extreme Programming and PRINCE2. Selected projects: Electronic Writ Proceeding (e-court), Electronic Receipts (EPO), Electronic Banking Enforcement (EBTE) and EveryDay.

### Infovide-Matrix - CI Consultant, Warsaw (2010-2011)

Internship: SVN environment setup and configuration, UI and unit test suites on Selenium IDE and Jenkins CI.

### Pol-Swed Projekt - Network Administrator, Sopot (2007-2015)
